  • BROCHETTES DE POULET A LA MOTARDE ET A L'ORIGAN

    INGREDIENTS :
    500g d’escalopes de poulet fermier
    1 cuillère à café de moutarde
    1 cuillère à café de paprika
    1 cuillère à café d’origan
    1/2 cuillère à café de sel
    1/2 cuillère à café de poivre
    1 citron
    Pour servir :
    1 yaourt grecque
    1 filet d’huile d’olive
    1 pincée de sel
    1 oignon vert

    PREPARATION :
    -Commencez par couper le poulet en petits dés puis mettez-le dans un saladier.
    -Ajoutez-y le paprika, l’origan, le sel, le poivre et la moutarde.
    -Coupez le citron en deux puis pressez-le.
    -Mélangez le tout puis laissez mariner au moins 30 minutes.
    -Ensuite, mettez les morceaux de poulet en brochettes.
    -Puis faites cuire au barbecue.
    -Servez tel quel ou… mettez le yaourt au fond de votre assiette.
